Taco Tuesday is a sacred day in the Burke’s household.
Regardless of our plans and other commitments, we make sure we’re at the table on Tuesday nights to enjoy our tacos and most importantly the flavor of our hot sauce that we enjoy on our tacos. We’re usually five to ten hot sauces deep on the table to customize our taco experience. We’ll play around with the different flavors and our favorites always seem to change from week to week, or even from taco to taco!
Experimentation and exploration are key pillars of Burke’s Hot Sauce. Just like we play with different flavors and heat with our tacos, we want our customers to enjoy the same Burke experience with the tacos or foods they choose to elevate. Whether you’re looking for the flavors of Southeast Asia in our Thai Chili sauce or the heat of South and Central America with one of our habanero varieties, the possibilities are endless.
We believe that food should be bold and fun, and we’re thrilled to share our sauces with customers so they can experiment with spice the way we do. One of the best things we’ve done in the launch of Burke’s Hot Sauce is learn from and connect with other hot sauce makers. The world of hot sauce is as diverse and exciting as the number of hot peppers on the planet — the possibilities are endless! In developing our flavors, we’ve researched the processes other makers use and then we put our own spin on our products. From watching fermentation experts on YouTube to connecting with other hot sauce company owners all over the world, we’ve received a comprehensive education in spice that you can taste.
