Orange Mango Cauliflower
INGREDIENTS:
For the cauliflower
1 head cauliflower - chopped into florets
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Sprinkle with black pepper
¾ cup milk or heavy cream
1 teaspoon Orange Batch
For the sauce
1/3 cup Mango Scotch Bonnet sauce
3 tablespoons salted butter or Ghee - add 1/8 teaspoon sea salt if using unsalted butter
2 tablespoons honey or 1 tablespoon Stevia (for keto)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and grease a baking sheet or use a silicone non-stick mat.
Stir together salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Stir in milk/cream and mix in Orange Batch.
Dip cauliflower in the mixture, turning to coat completely, shake off excess and arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, use a fork to turn over cauliflower pieces, and bake for another 10 minutes.
While cauliflower is baking, combine cauliflower sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan. Slowly bring to a boil over medium heat, continuously stir, cook for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
Brush cauliflower sauce all over the baked cauliflower and broil for 3-5 minutes.
