Savory + Spicy Black Garlic Wings

This recipe is a long rooted family recipe with a spicy twist. A family favorite made by Shannon’s Memere at family events, and passed down to share the irresistible flavors with all.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2- 2 lbs Wings with Skin On 

  • 2 Tbsp Veg or Canola Oil

  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder 

  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tsp Salt

  • 2 Cups of Soy Sauce

  • 1 Cup of Brown Sugar 

  • 1/4 Cup Molasses 

  • 1/4 Cup Burke’s Black Garlic Sauce

Instructions:

  • Rinse and pat chicken dry

  • Mix ingredients in a bowl and add chicken or add ingredients to a ziplock bag to marinate chicken wings.

  • Marinate wings in sauce up to 24 hours

  • Preheat oven at 350°

  • Bake wings at 350° for 60 minutes turning the wings halfway. Use a wire rack on a baking sheet.

  • Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with your favorite dipping sauce and/or additional Burke’s Hot Sauce for added spice.
